Features & Benefits

The number of trays per rack depends on the height of the baked goods with an addition of 25 mm.
The letter L in the tables indicates the distance between each tray. To determine the tray capacity for each rack, measure the height of the product, add 25 mm and look at L in the table. (See also in the illustration below). Choose the figure that is the nearest higher to the required total.

Rack Height is 1780mm

Example: Product height 55 + 25 = 80 mm
Under L in the table 83 is the nearest higher figure.
Thus, the C100 rack holds 16 trays.
