This unit comes in single phase or 3 phase. With no refrigeration these units are designed to work in cool room and for manufactures who need lots of cream on demand. up to 90 Liters per hour every hour.
Mussana Cream whippers are an excellent addition to you bakery, patisserie, cafe, restaurant, ice cream shop or even large scale manufactures using whipped cream. The Mussana cream whipper is designed with an intensive cooling system that keeps cream cold from the internal storage tank right to the garnishing spout.
The thickness of the cream can be adjusted easily during production. If you require a firm cream for doughnuts or a thin cream for mousse or cheesecake this can all be achieved. The Mini can be ordered as single phase unit or as a 3 phase model designed for continuous running. This will pump up to 90 liters per hour.
The Cream whipper also has a cleaning mode to ensure the machine is kept in a hygienic manner. Simply press this button and slush through warm water with the sanitiser and then a cold water rinse. The machine with pulse on and off to ensure all parts of the machine are kept clean.
