Mussana Cream whippers are an excellent addition to you bakery, patisserie, cafe, restaurant, ice cream shop or even large scale manufactures using whipped cream. The Mussana cream whipper is designed with an intensive cooling system that keeps cream cold from the internal storage tank right to the garnishing spout.
The thickness of the cream can be adjusted easily during production. If you require a firm cream for doughnuts or a thin cream for mousse or cheesecake this can all be achieved. There are also several different controls on the control panel. These allow you to dispense on demand, turn the machine on for a continuous run or there are 4 adjustable presets to your team can dispense cream straight onto a side plate with a cake or ontop of an ice cream. This will help ensure you are not wasting cream and not having inconsistencies in costings.
The Cream whipper also has a cleaning mode to ensure the machine is kept in a hygienic manner. Simply press this button and slush through warm water with the sanitiser and then a cold water rinse. The machine with pulse on and off to ensure all parts of the machine are kept clean.
