Choco Basic

This is the smallest in the range of Willemse van Englen's premium chocolate spraying machines. It consists of a special low-pressure spray gun with container, heat preservation unit and spraying pressure regulator. It is an excellent machine for problem-free and mist-free processing of your chocolate, coating and ganache. This sprayer has been designed to ensure there is minimal overspray which will help keep you kitchen clean and save you on cleanup time.

The Choco Basic is always ready for use and has a constant processing temperature. It is a very convenient model, simple to operate and clean. The spray gun is easy to adjust to various spray patterns such as - very thin and very thick layers, spattering, velvet, cocoa powder decoration, strip/grain pattern etc.

The machine is supplied without a compressor but can easily be connected to any pneumatic system your existing kitchen has or any compressor available from your local hardware store. The capacity required for the compressor is 60 litre per minute.
