The Total Baking chocolate shaver is the ultimate labour saving tool. You simply load any large block of chocolate, turn on the shaver and walk away. It really does do the rest.

It is very simply to operate, safe and convenient. You can either leave the shaver set up ready to turn it on as you require or shave a bulk lot of chocolate and store in cool place ready for you next cake, Black Forrest desert, truffles or even as chocolate on top of your cappuccino.

Made in Germany from Stainless steel and a single cast balance block you can be assured that its quality is what you need. It has a 4 sided shaving blade which is simple to change and it will last you for many years to come. We have supplied these units for over 30 years exclusively in New Zealand and those original machines are still in use today.
